Q:   How long will my vehicle repairs take?

A:   Generally, a good rule of thumb is, 1 week per $1,000 worth of damage. We will keep you informed and up to date on the repair process and call you the day before your vehicle is done to arrange a pick up time.

A:   Your deductible is payable to Certified Collision upon completion of the repairs. We are unable to release a repaired vehicle until the deductible is paid in full.
